在过去的17年里，陈慧婷的职业横跨会计师到持牌的公司秘书。拥有丰富经验的她能提供新手或经验丰富的企业家有效的解决方案。她也是一名热衷于改善和扶持中小型企业的拥护者。陈慧婷矢志协助中小型企业推向新高度的发展，并指引马来西亚中小企业有关持股的风险。

Daphne’s career has immensely evolved over the past 17 years, from being a Chartered Accountant to being a Practising Company Secretary. This in turn, grants her the opportunity in acquiring vast resources of relevant knowledge from years of experience in both fields, providing her the means of relaying holistic solutions to both budding and seasoned entrepreneurs alike.

Despite being a naturally driven and goal-oriented individual, Daphne always had a passion towards blossoming and raising up Malaysia’s ever-growing SME companies. With that as her mission and driving force, she has since strived towards aiding them in achieving their highest corporate potential, while simultaneously guiding them on ways to safely navigate through the numerous business risks out there.

Having a natural penchant for helping others, Chang Pinky has had more than 30 years of experience in the field of Company Secretarial Service and Financial Management. Throughout her time at Elegant Management, she has displayed an aura of unwavering dedication and support for her clients from diversified industries, while assuming a secretarial advisory role along with overseeing the execution of related tasks with her team of more than 50 staff members. 

Currently she is the Advisory Director of Elegant Management Sdn. Bhd., and a holder of both ICSA (Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK) and CIMA (The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK) qualifications.
